Cyberside: Lucky 13, Project Matilda and more

It has been a couple of very busy weeks for the Cyberside, and there is more coming. We have successfully engaged last week in a promotion campaign that has reached a series of around 10.000 readers. I have been mystifying you with a teaser for something called Project Matilda. You can find a renewed page at this website dedicated to the soon-to-come Kickstarter. We are finishing April much stronger (thanks for your interest and attention!) and planning for May 2025 to be honest, - is a little bit crazy by its intensity, but let’s unpack all of the one item at a time.

  • Kickstarter have approved the page for the pre-campaign of Cyberside: Lucky 13th, and you can register by this link. We will be starting in a couple of weeks. Don’t miss this one. It’s a crazy wacky game with one of the most engaging card mechanics I have encountered in a long time, and you can read more details here at the website.

  • Cyberside: Level Zero keeps on getting traction and will enter the blog tour with a bit more than a dozen respected bloggers and reviewers on April 30th. Our friends from Palamedes are planning a few other marketing initiatives, such as more promotions, discounts, and other cool flicks coming up in May.

  • Cyberside: Creature of Darkness Vol 3 is coming up live this week. By far, it’s my favourite comic volume, and I hope you will like it as well!

  • Cyberside: Second Simulation (the second edition of the original Cyberside) is also planned for the first decade of May. It will include lots of changes and fixes, a new cover and foreword, alignment with Cyberside: Level Zero, and new trim sizes (I know, a lot of you hated the big green book size; we are getting this to the standard 9x6).

  • Cyberside: Project Tilda is a multimedia project with a full trailer coming up on May 25th. It deals with games, movies, and interactive entertainment in general. I wouldn’t disclose too much detail about it as of now, but it’s quite a plot twist in itself, and as the story of Velvet Curtain and Cyberside develops, it will contribute to this build-up big time.

In one month, we shall finalise Stage 1 of our adventure and move this to the next phase - which will be dedicated to partnerships, licensing opportunities, preparation to fulfillment of new declared positions in Q4 and forming future opportunities for the series, and for those - who has been following it from the early start.

Last week, I have been mentioning in my Facebook and LinkedIn as well, that from the beginning, this experiment with crossmedia launch of various products around Cyberside has been a little bit bigger that it looks by the surface and looks to study modern IP engineering, methods of effective marketing, modality of various entertainment product and experimenting with things you can’t in corporate fields, - all that, to be able to relay great stories to as much people as possible. And we are getting to the point where some of the outcomes of this work will start getting more and more obvious to those who pay attention :)

Have a great week, everyone!
