Returns and Exchanges Policy – Velvet Curtain Publishing Ltd
At Velvet Curtain Publishing Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you’re welcome to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, a new order will need to be placed.

Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item because you’ve changed your mind, you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be in unused, original condition, ideally in the original packaging.

Returns must be sent to the correct return address within 14 days of receipt.

A copy of the despatch note must be included with the return.

Special Requirements:

Books, comics: These must be returned in unused, original condition.

eBooks: Due to their nature, these cannot be returned or refunded once the download process has started.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns, as we can only issue a refund for items that are received in their original condition. Please include your name, address, and order number in the package to help us process your return promptly.
How to Return Items
For items purchased directly from Velvet Curtain Publishing Ltd:

Include a copy of the order despatch note (or provide the order number, your name, email address, and delivery address). Please specify whether you’d like a refund and the reason for your return.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt before returning any items. Our customer service team will guide you on the next steps.
We may ask for:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect items and their packaging, including the delivery note.
Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item(s), we will arrange for a replacement or refund as agreed. Postage costs for returning damaged items will be reimbursed but must be pre-approved.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are unable to provide cash refunds. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), though it may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
